LP head workpieces are perfect for upgrading entrylevel congasor congas for which there are no replacement heads anymore. Workpieces are vendor independent and can be mounted to all shells and rims
Thickness: approx. 1,5 mm (conga, tambora)
Material: untanned buffalo hide
Tip:
Use the metal ring of the old head. Prepare the workpiece and the head by soaking them in warm water for about 8 hours. This helps to remove the metal ring and gives the workpiece the needed consistency.
The stated sizes are downward compatible and are suited for shells up to the stated crown diameter.
